METHODS OF PAYMENT–All payments must be in US$:

	School Purchase Orders are accepted. Please fill out an order form and include the purchase order, mail to Pro Canto Press, 7 Brady Road, Westborough, MA 01581 or scan and email the P.O to ProCantoPress at gmail dot com with your order form.
	Secure on-line payment accepted via PayPal (either by credit card or if you have your own PayPal account).  Please send us an email with an attached order form, and we will email you directions for payment (ProCantoPress at gmail dot com).
	Check or money orders accepted, must be in US $.  Please mail it (7 Brady Road, Westborough, MA 01581) with your filled-out order form (see below).

Please be sure that all orders have complete shipping address information, the number of each publication being ordered, and method of payment. If you are using a purchase order, please be sure to include your billing address if different from the shipping address as well as the P.O. number. See next section for figuring out shipping and handling charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING charges are determined by the cost of your order–Please add these amounts as follows for orders within the United States:

	Mass. residents add 5% sales tax (school orders and non-profits exempt)
	All items mailed within the United States are sent via priority mail, United States Postal Service. If you need overnight delivery or any other special delivery options, please call or email us for correct charges. If items are to be shipped out of the United States, please email Pro Canto Press for correct handling and shipping charges.

BOOKSTORES and COMMERCIAL VENDORS

Bookstores and other commercial entities wishing to order materials in bulk may be entitled to a discount, depending upon the size of the order. Please contact Pro Canto Press for more information.

RETURN POLICY–Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Any returned items must be in pristine, new condition. Any items with sticky labels, discolored covers or pages, marks or tears, or other such signs of damage or wear cannot be accepted for return.

There will be a restocking fee of $25 per title (regardless of the quantity of each title).

PRICE CHANGES:

Please note that prices may change without notice and differ from what is on this website and ordering forms. Occasionally an item may be out-of-stock and needs to be reprinted to fill your order. It is possible that the cost of printing has increased, which has to result in somewhat higher prices. If that is the case, we will notify you prior to shipping so that you may decide on continuing with the order. Thank you for your understanding.
